When cared for regularly, your full-grown Cat Grass can last up to 4 weeks!
Give a few tablespoons of water every other day. (If you over-water, it will flow out of the mesh drainage on the bottom of the planter)
If your Cat Grass gets a little bushy or ragged (from the kitties munching on it), give it a haircut with a scissors - chop it straight across.
Put the Cat Grass on a windowsill (give it some sunlight) for at least a couple hours each day to make it last longer. Cat Grass left on the floor doesn’t last as long.
Optional - put it in the refrigerator overnight or to store it for a couple days.
Allow kitty to eat the grass directly off the plant - no need to chop it off first.
When the Cat Grass starts to wilt or turn brown, that’s the sign you’ll need to toss it and replant!
