Customer Loyalty Program

To show our appreciation to our customers, a discount is awarded for every $200 in purchases. 😻

For every $200 in purchases, our system will automatically send an email with a 20% Discount Code to use on a future purchase. This email will come from meow@superiorfeline.com.



Each Discount Code will be good for one entire purchase, but does not expire. Please keep the coupon code email where you can remember and access it.

This program is not able to support multiple email addresses or accounts. Our system tracks orders by email address. We are unable to merge customer accounts/emails and cannot manually adjust the tally system. Customers will need to use the same email during each checkout process for the system to keep track of orders and know when it’s time to send a discount code. (If you have a Customer Account, you can update your email inside the account area.)



For every $1000 milestone in accumulated purchases, you’ll be celebrated with a special 30% Discount Code! 😻🎉

Customers will need to opt in/sign up for the Cool Cat Club in order to receive the Customer Loyalty Program discount emails. If you are not opted in to receive communication from us, our system will not have permission to send you the Customer Loyalty Program emails.



The Customer Loyalty Program is not retroactive - it starts from your current accumulated purchase total and will send a discount code when you reach the next level.
